Shanda Mints is Vice President of AI Strategy & Transformation at College Pro, where she helps shape how College Pro and its clients navigate the evolving intersection of human and artificial intelligence. 

Her work centers on enabling enterprise-wide AI readiness, designing scalable talent strategies, and guiding organizations through the practical realities of transformation.

An accomplished author, Shanda wrote The Leader Connection, a practical guide to building scalable, high-performing teams. She also contributes regularly to College Pro’s This Week in Leadership, offering insights on workforce trends, leadership challenges, and the evolving future of work.

With more than two decades in global Talent Acquisition delivery operations, implementation and analytics, Shanda has driven complex change across industries. She is known for connecting strategy to execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement tools and processes that elevate performance and decision-making. Her approach blends technological innovation with a deep respect for the human side of transformation.

Shanda has a Master’s Degree from the University of Texas at Dallas where she also is an occasional guest lecturer.
