Lan Qiu is a Partner with College Pro’s Advisory business based in the Melbourne office.
Building her career across three markets in the US, APAC and ANZ, Lan supports her MNC’s and local clients across a number of industry sectors as a talent and organisational strategy consultant for more than two decades, developing stronger focuses in the Financial Services and Life Sciences sectors in recent years.
During the 15 years with College Pro, Lan stays close to her clients and leverages her expertise in organisational strategy, integrated talent management, leadership development and succession management to support transformative and growth agendas, creating synergies across the talent ecosystem for high impact workplace practices.
Lan joined College Pro from a leading OD consulting firm in the US where she was Program Director of its Global Institute for Leadership Development, ranked the top executive education program by Leadership Excellence in 2008. Prior to this, Lan started her career in organisational development at the United Nations headquarters in New York.
Lan holds a MPA Degree from University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s of Law Degree from Peking University. She is also a certified practitioner of organisational development approved by Human Resource Certification Institute in the United States.
