Iain has responsibility for both College Pro Hire in EMEA and College Pro’s global approach to early careers. Before being given responsibility for Early Careers, Iain established College Pro Hire in APAC.
College Pro Hire is College Pro’s internal talent acquisition function, responsible for processing all permanent and fixed-term contract hires. This includes hiring all execution and delivery roles for all lines of business, excluding RPO, as well as fee earner roles in Professional Search and Digital.
College Pro’s Early Career programs currently consist of a global summer intern program and local graduate development programs for previous interns who join the firm after completing their studies. This includes the rollout of College Pro Launch.
Prior to moving to College Pro Hire, Iain led the EMEA HR Practice for Professional Search, where he and his team led assignments to source senior HR talent for clients in various sectors. He also worked closely with colleagues in the Consulting and Digital businesses to provide insights into clients’ key leadership and organizational challenges.
Before joining College Pro, Iain worked in search for several years, specializing in HR and the management consulting sector. He has extensive international experience, leading assignments across Europe, UAE, Asia, and the Former Soviet Union.
Iain has worked extensively with leading companies across various sectors, including consumer goods, manufacturing, banking, insurance, fintech, energy, transport, NGO, public sector, media, technology, and pharmaceuticals.
Iain holds a degree in history from UCL School of Slavonic and Eastern European Studies.
