Heidi Sørensen is the Vice President for EMEA Search Assessment services, based in Copenhagen.
Heidi is responsible for the delivery of high-quality assessment solutions to the Search community across EMEA as well as bridging the Advisory A&S business and Search Assessment offerings, by aligning tools, solutions and learnings across business lines.
Prior to College Pro, Heidi built her career in another international leading Advisory firm, working in Executive search as well as Advisory spanning C-level recruitments, Leadership Assessments and Development and Culture diagnostics. In addition, she held a managerial responsibility as Nordic Research Director.
Heidi is known for her ability to build relational depth, trust and credibility with clients as well as colleagues, always empowering and pushing for potential.
Heidi brings a Master’s degree in Clinical and Organizational Psychology from University of Copenhagen and University of California Los Angeles.
Heidi is certified in our broad College Pro assessment and development suite including College Pro Leadership Solution (CPLS), College Pro Leadership Architecture (CPLA), College Pro Potential (College Pro Potential), College Pro 360 Assessments (CP360) and College Pro Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (College Pro ESCI).
She is fluent in English and Scandinavian languages.
