Brendan Waters is a Senior Client Partner in College Pro’s Reston, Virginia and Washington, DC offices. He is a Leader in the Aerospace & Defense practice and leads the firm’s Government Services and Technology practice.
Brendan specializes in providing talent solutions for clients across the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services markets. He specializes in C-suite, General Management, and Board level searches for publicly traded and private-equity backed organizations. His clients include the large A&D prime manufacturers, government systems integrators, defense electronics companies, and public sector technology firms.
Since joining College Pro in 2014, Brendan has led hundreds of executive searches in the Aerospace, Defense & Government Services space, in addition to numerous assessment and succession projects during his tenure across the broader Industrial Manufacturing sector.
Brendan earned a Bachelor's degree in Business from Virginia Tech. A native Washingtonian, Brendan was born and raised in Oak Hill, Virginia and currently resides in Aldie, Virginia with his wife and three young children.
